I.E.R. assists with respect to Internet Communication mainly by judging existing or new web site designs on aesthetic appeal, functionality and effectiveness or by quality control in web site design and development.

I.E.R. can also design and develop web sites itself, but accepts requests to do so very selectively and only with regard to its new publications in progresses in Internet Communication.

I.E.R. has produced the last years also some scientific papers on e-learning, mainly in cooperation with the Institute for Labour & Technology (Institut Arbeit und Technik) in Germany.
