Listed categorically the objectives for improving the chances of employment for the mentioned target groups by the project IECUVADVLA as proposed by the Learning Partnership are:

• investigating the state of affairs concerning virtual learning applications in especially employment application techniques and instructions of making good use of these techniques for the (senior) unemployed and the visual and auditive (unemployed) disabled in the European countries represented by the partnership

• analysing and comparing the results of these investigations and detecting the omissions in and the developments needed for virtual learning applications for the (senior) unemployed and the visual and auditive (unemployed) disabled

• determining, developing and producing, based on the gained knowledge, virtual learning application models adapted to the specific needs of the senior unemployed and the visual and auditive (unemployed) disabled (although the knowledge gained concerns the specific situations in the countries represented by the partnership, it is expected that these models will have nevertheless a general scope so that they can be applied to other unemployed as well as in other member states of the European Union)

• developing and producing (demonstration) courses on basic computer skills and employment techniques

• designing, developing and maintaining an informative web site in the languages of the countries represented by the partnership for the unemployed and the visual and auditive (unemployed) disabled (and also for publishing electronically research results, virtual learning application models and demonstration courses)
